WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all forms of payment through our online check out page.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Not at this time, but we are looking to adding that as a possible option in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter and be one of the first know.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As all of our items are customized and made as you specifically order, we are not able to return or exchange an item unless it is defective. However please contact us and we will work with you to find an amicable solution.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We will allow cancellations if an order has not begun production. Unfortunately Once it has gone into production, we will not be able to cancel.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

Each item does have a different processing time for us to create and produce. We do try to get orders out within 10-14 business days, sometimes they can take up to 21 days for production. Feel free to contact us and we can let you know where your order is in processing.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIME FRAMES?

Once your order is completed and ships from us, transits time can take anywhere between 5-7 days to reach the destination.
